Strive is pleased to introduce our training partner, Rapid Results, the team behind the e-learning tool, icontact. The team at Rapid Results have over 15 years experience in industry training, both in New Zealand and internationally.
icontact is an online learning and development tool, designed around the National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations. The icontact system allows individuals to work independently and at their own pace on each module, or unit standard contained in the qualification.
ETITO
The ETITO (Electro Technology Industry Training Organisation) is responsible for setting standards and administering the contact centre industry qualifications in New Zealand. Their role is to develop and maintain unit standards and national qualifications to meet the needs of the industries they look after.
LEARNING STATE

Learning State is the industry training organisation responsible for ensuring employees in the public sector have access to quality training and the opportunity to develop themselves and gain national qualifications in their area of work.
Learning State’s clients include public service departments, offices of Parliament, state-owned enterprises, crown entities and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
