Assessments are generally conducted in the workplace, over a set number of visits which are all scheduled in advance.  In this way the individual candidate and their manager are aware well in advance of the timing of assessments and can therefore plan workloads around these dates.

The investment required varies depending on a number of factors, including the type of qualification, number of individuals signed up, and the assessment option needed.  Strive provides a clearly explained quote based on all of these variables, and also advises on any subsidy that may be available.

Confidentiality Policy
Strive understands how vital confidentiality is to your team, your business and your clients.  The nature of the assessment process means that Assessors will read, observe and listen to information that may be sensitive or requires complete confidentiality.  We will never discuss or reveal this information, except as is required for the assessment process.  We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement to guarantee this and work with you to ensure you are comfortable.
Appeals Policy
Strive undertakes to assess all candidates consistently, fairly, accurately and equally.  
In the event of a dispute regarding an assessment process or decision, the management team at Strive will consider this in good faith and without bias.
All appeals should be directed to the Strive Managing Director in the first instance, who will investigate the appeal and act accordingly.  Should the candidate remain dissatisfied with the decision made, they will be directed to the representative of the accredited provider (generally the relevant ITO).
